Since its inception, the Pinjarra Junior Football Club Inc. has continued to grow in strength and members. The Club became incorporated on 25 July 1996.
In season 2011 we have a large contingent of children (both male and female) participate in the Peel District Football Commission competition. Our Club is represented by two Year 4 teams, a Year 5 team and two Year 6 and Under 12’s teams as well as one each in Under 13’s, Under 14’s, Under 15’s and Under 16/17’s. This is a total of over 300 young footballers representing the Pinjarra Junior Football Club.
Peel Thunder offers a development program for which players aged under 14 – 16 are invited to further develop their football skills and knowledge. In the past, PJFC have had numerous players participate in this program.
The next progressive stage is for players to be invited to train with the WAFL Peel Thunder Colts. Since our inception, several young talented players have progress through this stage and are successfully playing WAFL, SAFL, State and AFL Football.
